Plating Issues
We understand that, despite your best care, plating can sometimes wear off sooner than expected. If this occurs within 30 days of delivery, we’ll replace your product at no extra cost.
Product Issues
In rare cases, due to no fault of the customer, issues may arise — such as stones becoming loose, moving parts not functioning, etc. If this happens within 180 days of delivery, we’ll replace the product at no additional cost.
