At Svya, we know you can’t wait to wear your exclusive pieces — which is why we dispatch all orders within 24 hours of confirmation (except Sundays and public holidays).


We ship Pan-India through trusted partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC, choosing the fastest route possible — often via air — to get your jewellery to you quickly.

Estimated Delivery Timelines:

- Metro cities: 2–4 business days

- Non-metro locations: 4–6 business days

Possible Delays

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely and safe delivery, rare delays can occur due to:

- Nationwide strikes or government restrictions

- Severe weather (e.g., cloudbursts, road blockages)

- Unforeseen logistical disruptions (e.g., shipment loss or rerouting)


If your order is delayed beyond 7 business days, please contact us — we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to the US, Singapore, and the Middle East.

For accurate delivery timelines and shipping options, please contact us so we can arrange the fastest and most cost-efficient method for you.


Shipping Costs

- Within India: Free shipping on all orders.

- Exceptions: A small handling fee may apply for custom-made pieces or deliveries to difficult-to-reach locations. Any such charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

- International Orders: Charges vary by destination. We’ll provide the best possible shipping option once you share your delivery address.


Order Tracking

- Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email and WhatsApp message with order details.

- After dispatch (usually within 24 hours), you’ll get a tracking link via email and WhatsApp.

- Can’t find your tracking link? You can track your order or contact us for assistance.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Please reach out to us immediately if:

- Tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package.

- You’ve received a damaged or incorrect product.

- Delivery is delayed beyond 7 business days (India) or 15 business days (International).


While we work with reliable partners, there may be rare instances beyond our control. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to resolve the situation promptly.


Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us before your order is dispatched.

Once an order is shipped, changes are not possible and may lead to delays.
