At Svya we believe in complete transparency and trust so that you can choose your favourite piece of jewellery effortlessly 

We have a 15 day no question asked easy return policy which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

We want you to love every Svya piece you own. While each design is carefully crafted and inspected before it leaves our studio, we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed. Here’s our simple, transparent returns policy:

Return Window

Within India: You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

International Orders: Returns are subjected to various factors and hence we would love to help you out in sorting that

Please drop us your concern and we will help you with the best possible way

NOTE: For international order ( the returns and refunds policy aren’t followed of what’s stated here ) 

Eligible Items

We accept returns/exchanges for items that:

Are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Have all original packaging, tags, and our brand authentication mark.

Personalized, made to order or custom design jewellery pieces aren't eligible for this 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns for:

Nose pins/nose rings

Customised or made-to-order pieces

Items purchased during clearance/final sale promotions

For products 

• With signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery 

• Damage or Defects

• If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with clear photos/videos.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or store credit at no extra cost.
